Spot Extreme Sentiment at a Glance
The heatmap shows where retail traders are positioned across every pair at a glance. Colour depth tracks how far each pair sits from a balanced book — the deeper the wash, the more one-sided the crowd.
Does fading the crowd work? It is widely claimed that extreme readings precede reversals. We tested that against our own data and, over the sample we have, it did not hold — see the results. Treat extreme positioning as context about who is on which side, not as a signal on its own.
